Anti-Seizure Sprays

Molybdenum Disulfide-Based

• Contain molybdenum disulfide, a solid lubricant with excellent heat resistance and lubrication performance under heavy loads, in a high concentration.
• Just spraying fitting or sliding parts during machine assembly prevents scuffing and seizure and facilitates initial running-in lubrication.
• Spraying bolts prevent seizure over long periods of time, making their subsequent removal easier.

Ultra-High Temperature

• Contain highly heat-resistant solid lubricants (e.g. graphite, boron nitride, and soft metal particles) in high concentrations.
• Best suited to seizure prevention under ultra-high-temperature conditions, which is beyond the capability of molybdenum-disulfide-based sprays.
• Typical applications include sliding nozzles and refractories at steel mills and stainless steel bolts and sliding parts used at high temperatures.
