STYLE: ML5740HC
Finely ground particles of the highest quality graphite in a PTFE matrix to control graphite migration. It is effective in all equipment, including pumps, hydra-pulpers, and valves.
Carbon Packing Braided Through with PTFE
STYLE: ML5703
Multi-Lok braided high-purity carbon fibers made from a PAN base, with a minimum carbon content of 95.0%. (Staple fibers from PAN produce a more flexible packing than filament fibers, which tends to fracture when bent. Each individual strand is coated with pure PTFE and cured before braiding. During the braiding process, pure PTFE is applied throughout the body of the packing. The packing is lubricated under hydraulic pressure with a proprietary nonpetroleum lubricant, containing no sulfur, silicone, or waxes.
